Yes. We work with everyday home users, home offices, and small businesses that may not have their own dedicated IT staff.
3N Tech Services serves Powell, Lovell, Greybull, Worland, Thermopolis, and surrounding areas. Remote support may also be available depending on the type of issue.
Regular hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Support may also be available by appointment.
On Site & Remote Support
You do not need to figure that out before contacting us. Describe what is happening and we can help determine whether the problem can be handled remotely or requires an on site visit.
Remote support can be useful for software problems, system settings, performance issues, updates, applications, and other problems that do not require physical access to your equipment.
On site support may be better for hardware issues, network troubleshooting, device setup, printers, connectivity problems, and other situations that require hands on assistance.
